As Users of MedCart, it is essential that we fully understand how MedCart Delivery works. This page is dedicated to providing clarity on our Delivery process.
1. Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
We currently offer Australia-wide shipping. Our Australian sellers ship most orders on the same day of sale for orders placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays. This is subject to availability. Delivery can be expected between 3-7 business days. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.
If there is a further delay after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier company listed on your dispatch notice directly.
2. Track Your Order
Once the order has been dispatched, a dispatch notification will be sent to let the buyers know with a tracking number. Please note that for certain orders, tracking numbers will not be available.
Buyers are welcome to communicate with the Sellers to follow up on the status of your order.
Please contact the Seller if you have an issue with your tracking information. If you have any issues with contacting the Seller, please contact the MedCart Customer Support team directly.
3. Large/Bulky Item Classification
The weight and dimensions of a product determine its classification as a large item.
If a product weighs more than 25kg and measures more than 120cm in any direction, the item will be classified as ‘Large' for shipping purposes and may incur extra charges.
Some of our suppliers offer Click & Collect options where you can arrange to pick up directly from their warehouses. This is subject to availability and Covid-19 restrictions. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
